<p>Athlytic utilizes your heart rate variability and resting heart rate to calculate your current level of recovery. This information helps determine your readiness for training.</p>

<h3>Exertion and Target Exertion</h3>
<p>Athlytic continuously monitors your cardiovascular load and provides you with a personalized Target Exertion range based on your recovery level. This range guides you in optimizing your training efforts.</p>

<h3>Target Sleep</h3>
<p>Athlytic takes into account various factors such as recovery, exertion, sleep, and sleep debt to recommend an ideal sleep goal for the night. It also suggests an optimal bedtime to align with your circadian rhythm.</p>

<h3>24/7 Health Monitor</h3>
<p>Athlytic keeps track of your HRV, resting heart rate, blood oxygen levels, respiratory rate, and wrist temperature throughout the day. It alerts you if any of these metrics fall outside of your normal range.</p>

<h3>Tagging</h3>
<p>You can easily make notes about specific activities using a wide selection of available tags. Athlytic analyzes how these activities impact your recovery and sleep.</p>

<h3>Workout Logging and Tracking</h3>
<p>Athlytic allows you to track every workout and provides detailed insights such as heart rate zones, effort scores, intensity levels, aerobic and anaerobic analysis, and more. Additionally, it offers post-workout analysis with information on cardio fitness, heart rate recovery, and the effect of the workout on HRV.</p>

<h3>Trends</h3>
<p>The Trends section in Athlytic provides comprehensive and visually appealing charts, including recovery vs. exertion analysis, weekly cardio load, energy consumed and burned, heart rate recovery, and cardio fitness.</p>

<h3>Sleep Analysis</h3>
<p>Athlytic provides a detailed visualization of your sleep, covering various aspects such as sleep stages, sleep performance, restorative sleep analysis, sleep debt, sleep consistency, sleep latency, efficiency, heart rate dip during sleep, and metrics like HRV, heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen levels.</p>

<h3>Complications and Widgets</h3>
<p>Athlytic offers a collection of over 8 complications for your Apple Watch face. These include recovery, exertion, blood oxygen, net energy, daily HRV chart, daily HR chart, daily energy burned & macros, and stress. Additionally, it provides over 11 home screen widgets for quick access to important metrics.</p>

  <li>Athlytic can be used without an Apple Watch, but some features require HRV and resting heart rate data collected by an Apple Watch.</li>

<h3>Subscription Information</h3>
<p>- Subscribers receive a one-week free trial of Athlytic.</p>
<p>- Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.</p>
<p>- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.</p>
<p>- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.</p>
<p>- Depending on your chosen subscription length (monthly or annually), you will have access to the full iPhone app for the respective periods.</p>
<p>- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will be charged at the original subscription price.</p>
<p>- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.</p>
