24/7 Health Monitor
Athlytic keeps track of your HRV, resting heart rate, blood oxygen levels, respiratory rate, and wrist temperature throughout the day. It alerts you if any of these metrics fall outside of your normal range.
Tagging
You can easily make notes about specific activities using a wide selection of available tags. Athlytic analyzes how these activities impact your recovery and sleep.
Workout Logging and Tracking

Complications and Widgets
Athlytic offers a collection of over 8 complications for your Apple Watch face. These include recovery, exertion, blood oxygen, net energy, daily HRV chart, daily HR chart, daily energy burned & macros, and stress. Additionally, it provides over 11 home screen widgets for quick access to important metrics.

- Athlytic can be used without an Apple Watch, but some features require HRV and resting heart rate data collected by an Apple Watch.

- Subscribers receive a one-week free trial of Athlytic.
- Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Depending on your chosen subscription length (monthly or annually), you will have access to the full iPhone app for the respective periods.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will be charged at the original subscription price.
